Return policy
1) Our store does not allow returns
2) If the product is damaged in any way, you can request a replacement within 7 days after the product is sent, subject to the following conditions:
-Items must be in brand new condition and have not been washed or worn.
-The goods must not have traces of use, smell, or artificial damage or contamination, etc.
- Products cannot be marked, washed, resized, or otherwise processed.
-Can be exchanged for the same item or other items of the same value.
-If the price of the replacement product is higher, the difference will need to be made up; otherwise, if the price is lower, the difference will not be made up.
3) Exchange requests due to change of mind or personal reasons will not be accepted.
4) Our store reserves the right of final decision.
