Ordering instructions

1. All merchandise is non-refundable after payment has been made, regardless of personal reasons. Please consider your order carefully before placing it.

2. If the product is found to be damaged after receiving it, you can apply for an exchange within seven days of receiving the product. Please refer to the return and exchange policy for details.

3. When the product you ordered is discontinued, we will notify you as soon as possible and arrange a refund. In addition, we will give you a 5% off coupon as compensation.

4. The free shipping policy is limited to the final payment amount of a single purchase. If a refund is required due to discontinued products:

a) You can choose to purchase other products to reach the free shipping amount.

b) Choose to maintain the original order. If the final amount is less than the free shipping amount, the free shipping discount will not be granted.
